Safarzing itself is not a travel agent and does not organize, operate, or guarantee any travel package listed by agents on the Platform. 3. Agent Accounts Travel agents who register on Safarzing are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the packages they sell, and their dealings with customers. Safarzing reviews agent applications but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any agent's services. 4. Customer Bookings & Inquiries Any booking, payment, or agreement made between a customer and an agent is strictly between those two parties. Safarzing is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, refunds, or losses arising from it. 5. Payments Subscription and feature-boost payments made by agents to Safarzing are processed through third-party payment gateways. Safarzing does not store payment card details. 6. Prohibited Conduct Users may not misuse the Platform, post false or misleading information, or attempt to circumvent Platform security. 7. Limitation of Liability Safarzing provides the Platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. 8. Changes to These Terms Safarzing may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 9.
